Teddy Bea.....

Morning and what a glorious day it looks again, yesterday we all had fun at a local soft play area, it was bedlam in there with all the kids screaming and running around, I took my sis, mum and son with me not to play but to watch Ethan tearing around and using up some of that boundless energy that he seems to have these days......fun was had by all esp. as they do a yummy cappucino for us older kids. After 2 hours of running around he dropped off to sleep and then I got a couple of hours to have a play.....my play is more sedate and messy.....lol.
I just had to enter this weeks Teddy Bo Challenge as its a shaped card and I have a confession to make....I've not done one before as well as never having done a concertina folded card. I was just having a play at folding as I wanted the image to stand forward so I'm sure technically its not correct but it looks ok to me.

The papers are from First Edition called Summer Breeze, the sentiment stamp is from a set from Spellbinders that have the frames to match some of their dies, I was lucky to win this a few weeks back from Lets Ink it up but unfortunately the challenge blog is now fininshing. Little Teddy Bea has been colored with prisma pencils and distress inks......I'm so lovin' these bears......super cute! The flowers and swirls are made from the same papers with  Star dust stickles for bling. Pearls were from Wild Orchid Crafts as was the scrummy seam binding ribbon......this great for cute as well as grunge, so versatile.
