Sewing mini album.....

Morning peeps I have finally got round to showing you the mini album that I made a few weeks back with Lin who had LB Crafts, it was lovely to go to a class again, just to indulge, natter and drink copious amounts of tea. We got to play with the new stamps from Paper Artsy, the stamp plates are so detailed, trouble would be picking a set to buy, I must admit they have brought out another since so I have my eye on that one when I go to a show......talking of shows is anyone going to the new show at Castle Donnington next week, I have booked the full day of classes on the Friday and then I'm going to go on the Saturday for a bit of a shop, if anyone fancies meeting up for a coffee and a natter let me know.

Getting back to my mini album we started off by making a master board which included painting wth Fresco Artsy paints and then using masks to stipple through more colour, afterwards I cut the board up and used the pieces for the background for the collage of images then adding embellishments to finish. All of the images have been coloured with Prismas, rather than blending with Sansador I have just added layers of colour with the pencils which blend with themselves.

Challenges
Craft Room .....fashion (corset).
Papertake......anything goes.
Simon Says.....paint it up.

Have a fabbie day

Paperarsty workshop

Another workshop we did was one run by Leandra from Paperarsty where we made a mini book featuring Archie a new stamp thats just come out. The image was stamped onto metal and then we textured it as well as stamping on the pages inside the book with various stamps the papers are lovely and are from the christmas Rum & Raaisin collection. Loved the wired binding of the book something different.
