Quite excited...

I'm getting some shelves put up in my craft room today ....as I type my hubby is busy drilling away, now normally I get a little worried as in the past things tend to wobble, fall off or are not in the right place, but he is getting better....bless, so I've measured out the spaces of the shelves for him.The shelves I got from Ikea to match the rest of my work desk have hidden brackets so you only see the shelf.....cool or what, its amazing how I've gone from a little space to a whole room, I just keep spreading out or is that I spend too much on stamps and stash....hmm !!!! and need more storage. I'll let you work that one out.....lol
Todays card is a tribute to Jennie and Hels for the new challenge blog called The Artistic stamper creative team blog. The stamps are called the Roaring Twenties ( Jennie kindly donated these as I prize that I won), the flower stamp is also from The Artistic Stamper which I made following the Tutorial that Hels did a while back in The Craft stamper magazine (hence the tribute to them both)....I have to refer back to her article as I forget which petals to cut to turn the flower stamp into a rose derrrr!! its an age thing memeory like a goldfish these days. I have used Mahoghany, dried Marigold and Spiced marmalade distress inks, spritzed with gold glimmer mist. The backgroung stamp is from B Line, I sprinkled a little gold embossing powder on parts of it for extra bling. The heads of the ladies were stamped onto tissue paper and mounted bhind the stamped film strip.
