Happy Easter......

Morning peeps and a big Happy Easter to you all, hope you are enjoying tucking into your choccie eggs this morning especially for all you peeps that gave it up for Lent.Thank you for your lovely comments left this week whilst I've been awol, I shall be doing some catching up with you all over the next couple of days.

We have finally fininshed icing names on eggs......phew that felt like we had all run a marathon, well at least we can all put our feet up and start eating chocolate eggs instead off icing them now. First time I've had to work six days and work through breaks for two of them. Yesterday we all put on our Easter Ear bands for a bit of fun, but Richards was feeling a smidge tired and his ears kept flopping over instead of staying up right, so we attached a label to one of them saying he was a tired bunny.....lol

Though I'd share with you this card I made using a lovely image from The Graphic Fairy, just love the vibrancy of the colours, I used a stencil from Imagination Crafts for the floral background using Broken China and Dusty Concord and then embossed it afterwards. Have to say I've seen these stencils around at shows and have never brought one before but thought that this one could be used quite alot,on a scrap I then stencilled aother whole flower and then heat embossed it using Cosmic Shimmer Blue Watercress Blaze (great name).....you get a scrummy two tone colour effect with this that doesn't show up in the photo. Just added Star Dust stickles, a ribbon and pin to finish.
