Morning peeps are you getting excited yet another week to go and its .......CHRISTMASSSSSS!!!, sorry I'm getting a little carried away with myself, have finished the last of the shopping yesterday, we went to Leicester with Ethan who demolished his Grandads scone with cream when we went for a coffee, getting it all over his nose, fingers and just about any where else he could but he so enjoyed it, we had brought him a childs picnic box meal with fruit, cisps, sandwhich and drink in, but he pinched the scone before we'd even sat down and his poor Grandad had to go and get himself another cake .....this time he came back with a strawberry tart covered in yummy strawberries and Ethan pinched some of them as well, not only that he ate his crisps and banana from his meal as well, hes getting expensive to take out......lol
Todays card is for the new challenge at
Polka Doodles which I picked......the theme is 'Through the Window' so you're looking through to the design, apologies if this is a bit of a challenge but it is the last one until the new year, we will be back on Jauary 6th with a new challenge for, and there is also a £10 giveaway to spend at Polka Doodles for one random lucky person.
As soon as I had a play with the stamps called
Be Neighbours I knew I wanted to create a Christmas scene, the image has been coloured with Prisma pencils on Kraft with lots of sparkle I used a white gel pen for the snow effect, the papers are from
The Magical Winter Cd 2 and the tree and sentiment is from The Christmas Boutique pack which was brought out earlier in the year and is available at WH Smiths.....you get stamps, embellishments, papers, stickers and an inspirational booklet by the teamies over at Polka Doodles. the snow on the windows is Flower Soft and looks realistic although it stuck all over the acetate window due to static......lol, so I spent alot of time cleaning the window.
