Ooh La La Creations.....

Bonjour to you all, brrrrr what a cold yukky weekend, you know its getting cold at work when the air conditioning automatically changes to heating rather than cooling, and you have to think about putting the heating on at home.

Today sees the start of a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and this fortnight the theme is .....Magnificent Men, so we would love the see your male creations, I know we all struggle with these as you can't add loads of flowers and embellishmnets, I've gone with a monochromatic scheme, the image and papers are from the Yesterdays Memories CD, are you like me and wonder who the people are in the vintage images, I always do. I love the sepia images of an age gone by, today I found out that the man in the image is Wendi's husbands Grandad, (Wendi is the owner of Ooh La La creations and produces the wondeful Cds).

I die cut a corner using a Marianne die and then frantaged it
adding bronze flakes. I also added a little clock charm as you ussually
get a clock when you retire......so I thought it fitted in with the sentiment.

the second card uses a sepia image and I swopped over the papers
and layout. I've started making my cards in twos, esspecially when I print off
papers that are A4 in size as you get two from one sheet.....mini
production line.

Challenges
Polka Doodles.....one for the boys.
Crafty Catz....men/boys.
Frilly and Funky.....anything goes.
Creative Inspiration....anything goes (opt sketch).
Crafting by Design....anything goes.
