Studio 12...
Morning peeps, its my turn to post a project over at Studio 12/Polkadoodles blog. I have made a tag with a pocket in it so you can slip another tag inside, all of the elements can be found on the Picknix collectio 1 Cd, on offer at £9.99 at the moment. The background panel I printed out twice and used the lace panel to make a pocket by layering over and just gluing down the sides and bottom. The roses were fussy cut out and stuck down, I added stickles to the centres of the flowers, faux stitching and buttons to complete.

For my card I have used elements from In The Garden section on the Picknix Cd, I lurvvvvve the doiley background paper which I have printed out twice, cut around the edge of one and layered it up ontop of the other. Oooooppps forgot to say that all lavender and sentiment was layered up using gimp before printing, so its a nice easy card to do, just added a bow and voila.....

Vintage sewing
Morning peeps another week of rain, but hold the front page this morning the sky is blue......yay.Today I'm showing you another of my cards featuring layering and digi images from the Picknix CD sewing collection.......just loving the papers in all three collections, so versatile and vintge looking.....scrummy.
The main background I layered and cut down to size using gimp and then I cut out and coloured the victorian lady using Promarkers.....just had to add some sparkle to her dress. I just added a few buttons and a ribbon for extra embelishments to complete the card. The edges have been distressed using Tea Dye distress inks for a more aged look.
Hope you are all enjoying our creations featuring this Cd and I must say I'm really looking forward to the Christmas one, Nikky is still working on this one at the moment, I think she'll need to employ elves soon to help her as she is soooooo busy creating.
Challenges
Cupboard Trilogy.....use three colours sage green, coral, warm beige, warm pink, raspberry.
Delightful challenges.....bling and bows.

Cup cake.....
Morning peeps I'm showing you another quick and easy card using the delicious cup cake image.....yummy. I used the background paper from the Home Collection on the Picknix Cd, I also layered up the heart, cupcake on top of the background paper and then printed off another two cupcakes so that I could layer these up on top of the original, I added micro beads and star dust stickles for the icing and voila a delicious yummy card, all I had to do then was add a bow, faux stitching and candy.
Hope you enjoy it and its calorie free.....lol.
hugs n' smiles
