Wrinkle Free......

Evening peeps what a day we've had.....lashings of rain all day and more forecast for the rest of the week    yuk. Would you believe it not my grandson was ill yesterday on his birthday.....a sickness bug is going around at his nursery and consequently he came down with it yesterday, he had perked up in the evening and was playing with all the trains he had as pressies and eating cheesie balls bless.
The tag I've made is for the Compendium of Curiosities challenge over at Lindas place this week its wrinkle free distressing....for the deets you need the book but I will tell you I used Chipped Sapphire, Black Soot, Dusty Concord and Marigold, I did use gold in the background as well as I wanted a smidge of bling for this Halloween tag, the embossing folder is the new one from Tim Holtz which I love, I rubbed black on the raised areas to highlight the skeleton etc. I unravelled some string and tied on the knots I turned into spiders with a diamante body .

Challenges
Compendium of Curiosities......wrimnkle free distressing
Sunday stamper........string.
Theme Thursday.....dark Gothic/ Halloween.
The Crafty Pad......spooky

Daniele, I'm so sorry you little grandson was sick on his birthday! Poor guy. I'm glad he felt like playing with his new toys, and I hope he's 100% better by now.

As for you cool Halloween tag, it's sensational! LOVE that embossing, and the colors you used for the wrinkle-free distress are completely awesome and suit the imagery so perfectly. I love how you created the little spiders-- so clever!!!

I think I may have said this before, but it's always SUCH a treat to visit your blog. Everything you make is wonderful. :-)
