Ready Teddy Go.....

Morning to all, well its 2014, hopefully things will improve, yesterday my heating system went kaput as well as my dishwasher and my kettle at work, all the most important things that I rely on, especially my kettle at work......lack of tea= disaster. Had to order a new dishwasher and will ave to contact the plumber for the boiler, just what we need starting the New Year with bills we were not expecting.

Oh well onto the first challenge at Ready Teddy Go, the theme is New Beginnings, this sweet baby image is from Dis Digis and is coloured in with Prismas, the papers are from First Edition. Ribbon and gems are from Mei Flowers.

Ready Teddy Go......

Morning peeps its December the 1st.......you can now open the first window on your advent calendars, we sold so many yesterday at work, last year we still had people asking for them the following week quite a few because Dads had eaten the chocolates before the kids got to them......how naughty is that.
Today sees the start of a new challenge at Ready Teddy Go, the theme is.......contemporary Christmas.I have used this sweet Ted from Lili of the Valley coloured in with Prismas. The papers are from first Edition.
One lucky winner this month gets to win these goodies.

I used white Frantage embossing powder for the snow,

Ready Teddy Go......

Well thats the end of July so we are half way through summer and Christmas cards are starting to appear in shops.......lol. Today I am at Champneys with my sister, my Brother-in-law treated us to a spa day, so we will be pampered with a massage and lunch as well using the other facilities......ahhhhhh I'm feeling relaxed already.....I have  very lovely Brother-in Law he's such a rock.
At least we have a good summer this year with lots of sun, hope we still get some more though this month. Today sees the new challenge start over at Ready Teddy Go, the theme this month is Die Cuts and punches......don't forget to add a teddy on your project though. I have used this Fizzy Moon stamp to make a wedding card, lots of dies including Marianne Designs, Spellbinders and Cheery Lynn .Just had to include more frantage, so on the hearts I used lots of bits including paint chips, and microbeads, the bird cage I just used the Antique pink embossing powder.....lurvvvvve this one. Image has been coloured in with my Prismas and the papers are from Papermania.

Morning peeps hope you are having a wonderful weekend, at least  the sun is kind of shining not exactly Flaming June yet, but any sun is welcome. Well yesterday was quite poignant as my son finally left his job working with me at Thorntons, he'd been there for 8 years and every year I would say this will be your last Christmas......and now it was, we will all miss him, cos he made fabbie cups of tea. He's really enjoying his new job, in fact hes only been there two weeks and they have given him the keys to open up in the morning......well he lives the furthest away and hes gets there the earliest, I guess the others get a lie in They are really impressed with his modeling.....the 3D variety incase you think otherwize.....lol.

Well onto todays card which should have been posted yesterday but I didn't want to bore you with 3 posts in one day. Todays card is for the new challenge at Ready Teddy Go..... the theme is Whos the Daddy. We would love to see cards featuring Teddies for Dad, birthday/fathers day.

I wanted tobrighten it up so I added some coloured fringing, fell in love with when I saw it now I'm not sure if it works.....oh well too late to change my mind.

Ready Teddy Go......

Morning to you all, firstly big appologies for lack of visiting and blogging, as I mentioned in my previous post this week has gone by in a blur and I've still lots of catching up to do including altering a jacket and dress for my soon to be son-in-laws grandma........I'm trying to earn a few brownie points so I don't become the typical Mother-in-law that son-in-laws make jokes about......lol. Oh and did I mention I still have to make a DT card for tomorrow, as well as the odd bit of housework.

Morning to all my fellow crafty bloggers......yay the sun is shining, I think we are having the sun early in the mornings and then by 10:00am its disappeared, but at least we know its still up there. Mind you when we do get a hot day we will all be moaning because we are so used to the cold this year.This is my favourite time of the year, the garden is bursting into flower with yellows, purples and pinks. Morning peeps have you eaten all your eggs yet......hmmmmm yummy...... We had an Easter egg hunt for Ethan and he managed to find them all, he was good and only ate one , mind you he did help himself to some of his Grandsds. Not happy about losing an hour yesterday, especially since I had forgotten until my hubby changed all the clocks and suddenly it was dinner time, one hour less to eat chocolate eggs is not good.

Morning peeps hope you are all having a lovely relaxing weekend even if the weather is not that good, I'm off with my daughter later this morning wedding dress shopping, she has seen one see likes so we are going back to try it on, later this afternoon we have a weekly weigh in and I know that I have slipped this week, I'm still not eating chocolate though......two weeks now, but I have kinda made up for that with other naughty goodies.....ooppppps will need to try harder next week. Its soooo hard though as I'm icing easter eggs all week guess I'll just have to sniff them.....lol.

Wow two posts in one day, doesn't happen very often but its the first of October and that sees the start of another new monthly challenge at Ready-Teddy- Go, the theme is Pink and Brown, such a lovely colour combo and one I don't do very often. The stamp is a Fizzy Moon one.....ubber cute and lots to colour.  This is another image  I coloured on holiday.....ohhhhh I'm so missing the sun.
The papers are First Edition from two different collections, the ribbon is another one of my souvenir buys from Italy. Didn't find any stamp papercrafting shops there but one doing lots of decoupage bits n'bobs this seems to be quite popular in Italy.
