Over the Rainbow....

Todays card is for my Mum, its her birthday this week, I've  entered it into the Artistic Stampers monthly challenge as the theme this month is ......rainbows, I've not gone for the traditional colours, but have done shades to represent a rainbow effect, the metal pieces have been done with a Kabuko mold and I've used alchohol inks to get the rainbow colour effects.....looks like oil on water, the lady was stamped on silver metal with stazon on and then I removed the background colours from the watch face and pooled it with glossy accents, the background was distressed with various shades and over stamped with a Harlequin stamp, I sprinkled the background with silver distressing powder.....just a bit more bling. All the stamps used are from The Artistic stamper.....the background plates are lovely and big, so they cover a large area.

Challenges.

Artistic Stamper.......Rainbows
Totally Gorjuss.....flowers.
The Stamp man......Distress.
One Stop.....fashion throughout the years.
Crafty Pad.....rainbow.
paper Sundaes......minimum of 3 embellishments (Metal lace, flowers, silver ribbon and diamantes)
Pocket full of posies....floral fantasy.
