Framed Memory Box

Yesterday I went to a work shop run by Jean Hardy of Crafty Individuals stamps. A lot of her work is featured in the 'craft stamper' magazine and I love her stamps as they have a style all of their own. My husband drove me there as it was at Yarm near Stockton on Tees, however on the morning of the class we decided to stop and get drinks and food for the day, whilst we were parked in Yarm we got a parking ticket although we had asked a parking attendant if we were okay parking where we did, however what he failed to tell us was that we needed a disc (this is a parking ticket- I had never heard of this expression and all the sign said was 'discs available from Library'. Anyway another attendant comes along and gives us a fixed penalty for £25.......She tells us we should have got a disc from the library---but the Library doesn't open until 10.00am we had the parking fine at 9.29am now if any one out there visits Yarm the moral of this story is get a DISC. However the class when we got there was really great, we got to shop and rummage through lots of stash and goodies to find all the bits we needed to compete our projects, we painted, embossed and stuck to our hearts content but time just flew and before we knew what it was time to say our goodbyes ...... till next time (next year unfortunately) I can thoroughly recommend you having a go....... link to crafty individuals http://www.craftyindividuals.co.uk/
