WOYWW

This week at woyww I thought I'd share with you all the edible containers I've collected that are on my desk storing my stash........Recycling is what I'm doing( thats my excuse for eating more) but I did enjoy eating the contents, the shortbread tin now holds my bottles of glimmer mist, I adore shortbread but I only ever treat myself to it at Christmas, the bean tin (must get round to altering that) holds my Sakura pens and the container with stickles in originally contained a Summer fruits trifle which just happens to be on offer at the moment hence I've got a couple of these containers ....yum yum, they are so handy, so I may need another container/trifle again this week....lol.

happy wednesday off to check out some other desks now
hugs from Daniele x

Edible containers are just the best ... once I ate about 42 pots of chocolate pudding because I wanted the little glass bowls lined up in my craft room ... not all at once you understand :0)

Love the shortbread tin. Way to recycle with a purpose. Even better that you were able to eat the contents beforehand. Organization at its finest! Happy WOYWW.

Crikey Daniele, when I started reading this post I thought you meant you were going to eat the containers! I was relieved to read it was just the contents... and they did sound yummy!

I looked at the pic first and really hoped u weren't intending to alter that bus - its ace already! Most of the containers in the cake section of the supermarket (muffins, cornflake cakes etc) r great for this.. THATS y I always make a beeline for that aisle, of course!

I have just rescued a bean tin for storing pens in. Just got to liberate a few more to get myself sorted. Trifle doesn't count as pudding if you need it for the container btw!

Daniele, thank you for stopping by my blog! I love how you recycle all those tins - great re-usage.
My dad loves Thorntons. Whenever I went to London (I had a boyfriend in London back in the 80's when I was still living in Germany) he asked me to bring him a box of Thornton's fudge...

My favourite type of recycling!

i also have two bean tins waiting to be altered and got fed up of them sitting there reminding me i'd not done it - so hid them in my cupboard - so, they still need doing but i don't have the constant guilt trip all day everyday LOL

Love to see what you do with yours when you get round to it!
